A booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received. Full payment is due before travel unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmed.
We provide professional assistance and document review for visa applications. Final visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or authority; we cannot guarantee approval.
Cancellation terms depend on the package and supplier/airline rules. Any non-refundable charges already incurred will be deducted from refunds.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documents. Ractrip is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, embassies). We are not liable for their acts, delays or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
